“The 21-day detox that Bianca curated is not only a program that will have you looking at your food choices; this program will have you looking at your lifestyle choices as well. It’s a full-circle process, and I was adamant about making healthier decisions. The 21-day detox outlines recommended meals throughout the day(you can modify items to your liking or dietary restrictions), workouts, grocery lists, and a supportive community of other like-minded individuals on the same journey. In my twenties, I used to tell myself (and others 🙄) that I could eat what I want with little to no exercise. Well, that is not entirely true in my thirties. I was struggling and found that keeping weight off was starting to be a challenge. But it's because I was eating what I wanted.

“Good morning, sorry for texting so early but I have to share this news with you! So you know how I was telling you my aunt has been eating clean with me? She has diabetes and they’ve been out of control since she was in her 20’s! Her blood sugar is usually in the 500’s regularly and in the 300’s with insulin (our blood sugar is supposed to be no higher than 140). Well since she’s been eating clean and detoxing she’s gotten it down to 157. The crazy part is she already eats healthy for the most part but she changed up the seasonings she’s been using, cut out red meat and fried foods, been juicing + taking wellness shots and it’s made all the difference! You’re definitely onto something! She said if her blood sugar goes down anymore they will have to take her off the insulin all together!“
