Hello! I'm Bianca, the passionate owner of Health and WellBeeing. In addition to running this meal prep & health supplement business, I am also a full-time student pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship, while working full-time in the finance industry. Additionally, I am studying to become a certified health coach through Primal Health Institute!

It was my own fitness & nutrition journey that helped me discover my love for all things health and wellness. Now, I feel strongly about educating my community on how they can take care of their bodies & immune systems to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Everything I recommend to my clients are routines and practices I do myself. I believe that any goal you desire to reach is attainable if you set your mind to it.

Being the busy individual I am, my immune system has always been super important to me. I knew in the event that I got sick, my world would halt and I would struggle keeping up with school, work, my meal prep business, and other entrepreneurial endeavors. However, I wasn’t always this health-oriented. I used to suffer from fatigue and exhaustion due to the type of food I was consuming.

That’s how I first took a deep dive into health & nutrition. I knew I had to evaluate my diet & daily routine to assess what could be done differently to put me in the best position for success. I experimented with my diet, various supplements, and lifestyle changes until I found what worked for me. 

These days, I notice so many younger adults with illnesses that could have been prevented with the proper diet and nutrition in place. Many people dread simple lifestyle changes because they view “eating healthy” as bland, boring, and dull. But the truth is you can prioritize your health and STILL enjoy your diet wholeheartedly. I’ve found so many delicious substitutes for what used to be some of my favorite unhealthy meals & beverages.

What started out as a five-day cleanse has morphed into me cutting out sugar, transitioning from coffee to matcha green teas, and a new found love for creative meals that feature quality protein & vegetables. It’s almost been a year and this is now a lifestyle for me; I’ve achieved body changes, controlled cravings, mental clarity, and improved physical fitness.

Listen, I’m no better than you. I just made the decision to invest in my health and I am reaping the benefits everyday. Studies show it only takes 21-days to break old habits or cycles. Imagine choosing YOU for 21-days and seeing your body being receptive to those changes. I’M SO THANKFUL FOR EVEN BEING ABLE TO GET BACK ON TRACK, YOU THE BOMB B! PEOPLE THINK I PLAY WHEN THEY ASK HOW I LOST THE WEIGHT I DID. I TELL EM I PROMISE I ONLY STARTED WITH THE CELERY JUICE AND RELUCTANTLY STARTED THE GINGER SHOTS LOL. AND THAT’S BEEN MY FOCUS THIS IS A LIFESTYLE NOT A DIET OR SOMETHING I’M DOING FOR A CHALLENGE.

I DIDN’T HAVE MUCH BODY FAT TO LOSE BECAUSE I ALREADY WORKOUT BUT MY STUBBORN AREA WAS LOWER STOMACH. YOUR CLEANSE HELPED WITH MY BLOATING AND IT TOOK 1 1/2 INCHES OFF MY WAIST AND LOWER STOMACH IN THAT 21 DAYS.
