how it works
Select the meal package that works best for you, then begin building your weekly order directly on the product page.

3. recieve your meals on SATURDAY.
Meals are prepared fresh on Fridays and delivered Saturday mornings between 5:00 AM–9:30 AM, unless otherwise specified. A delivery schedule will be texted to the phone number provided with your order one day prior to delivery.
Upon arrival, your driver will leave your meals at your doorstep and send a photo confirming delivery. Doorbells will be rung after 9:00 AM unless otherwise requested.
Choose your meals from our weekly menu and enter the quantity you’d like for each meal choice. Your total meal selections must match the number of meals included in your package before you can add your order to cart.
Once your menu is complete, add your package to your cart and checkout.

We create a weekly menu that consists of 4 meals. Select your package & mix & match from the menu of the week. Meals can't be altered or changed. If you are new & you have any major allergies please contact me prior to placing your first order.
Do you offer custom meal plans?

Yes, custom meals are available at a higher cost. Please submit a private chef inquiry for more information.
Do you ship meal preps? can I order if I live outside of sacramento?

Unfortunately we do not offer shipping; our meal prep service is for local Sacramento residents ONLY. However, those willing to commute to Sacramento from surrounding cities to pick-up are more than welcome to order. Please reach out to me via email to arrange.
When are meals prepared and delivered?

Meals are prepared on Friday's & delivered on Saturday mornings between 5:00a - 9:30a unless specified otherwise. Delivery text schedule is sent 1 day prior to your contact number on your order. Upon delivery the driver will place the meals on your doorstep and ring the doorbell (after 9a unless you state otherwise), in addition to sending you a picture to confirm your delivery. It’s the customer's responsibility to ensure the meals are refrigerated shortly after delivery.
how are meals prepared?

Meals are prepped, prepared & stored in a commercial kitchen. There are no preservatives or seed oils used. All meals are made with whole food ingredients & macro balanced providing atleast 4oz protein, half serving of carbs & a full serving of veggies.

It was definitely an adjustment but such a humbling experience.
The one thing I hated the most I’ll continue and that’s the celery juice.. oh how I wish I knew about that sooner. I gave up soda day one and I’m proud to say I still haven’t broke and had one.. this is the longest I’ve ever went with out one. I also haven’t craved one or had a single migraine 🙏🏾. I've been ordering meals from b for a few years. since i work from home, it's so easy to just grab a meal and heat it up whenever i'm hungry - and having the macros makes tracking so much easier! I've been incorporating the meals into my overall wellness routine along with working out, and i've already lost 10 pountd since getting back into it. it's just made sticking with my routine so much easier and taken one more thing off my plate (literally lol)

i've ordered meal prep for many months for myself & husband, and we also enjoy her meals for dinner with the kids. her meals are healthy, offer great variety, & most importantly, are absolutely delicious. i honestly haven't had one meal i didn't like! bianca is consistently professional & amazing at what she does. my sisters & i also hired her for a private dinner & she exceeded our expectations from the presentation to the taste of every dish!
