Shipping: If you are ordering seamoss to be delivered outside of Sacramento, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and 3-5 business days for your item to be shipped.
Damages: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you received the incorrect item. If your jar is broken or if the seal has been tampered with please take pictures of your item and contact us immediately. In the event that this does happen we will provide a replacement of your order.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds however we do offer cancelations within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has been shipped we are not able to cancel. If your refund is approved you will be automatically refunded on your original form of payment.
SEAMOSS CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Once you receive your order please make sure to inspect ensuring no damage i.e cracks to jar, safety film is still intact. Mix and stir seamoss well and refrigerate immediately.
Flavored sea moss lasts up to 2 weeks from the date received. There are no added preservatives so to ensure the freshness we recommend consuming within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Original seamoss lasts 3-4 weeks. Seamoss should be refrigerated at all times.
